Scope of Work

As a Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base by promoting our free marketing audit and setting up appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact Potential Clients: Make at least 200 calls per day to promote our free assessment service, which analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs), website health, social media performance, and more.
  • Book of Business: Build and manage your own portfolio of up to 10 clients.
  • Set Appointments: Work confidently with our pre-prepared pitch, overcoming objections, and scheduling follow-up appointments for our closers.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Experience in cold calling or sales (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Scope of Work

Our Virtual Assistants are the backbone of our operations, providing essential support to both our internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and Customer Support: Manage emails, appointments, client inquiries, and provide phone, email, and live chat support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Content and Social Media Management: Create blog posts, newsletters, and social media content, manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and monitor analytics to enhance brand presence.
  • Graphic Design and Content Creation: Design logos, marketing materials, and visual content for social media, while also producing written content to keep clients’ brands visually and textually engaging.
  • SEO and Data Management: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and manage data within CRMs, spreadsheets, and databases to improve visibility and client organization.
  • Email and Appointment Management: Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, track performance, and schedule client meetings to ensure clear communication and organization.
  • CRM and Project Management: Maintain CRM systems and assist with tracking project progress, deadlines, and team coordination.
  • Technical and Lead Generation Support: Provide basic technical troubleshooting for software or websites and assist with cold calling and lead generation through research and outreach.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in communication tools (email, phone, CRM systems)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Experience in customer service, social media management, or similar fields (preferred)
