As a Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for:
Reaching out to leads via phone, email, or social media
Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs
Presenting service packages and closing deals
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
Following up with prospects and managing your sales pipeline
Attending weekly team meetings and training sessions
Identify and pursue qualified sales opportunities
Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Handle objections and provide tailored solutions
Stay updated on service offerings and market trends
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure
Ability to manage tasks, leads, and follow-ups independently
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Background in digital marketing, lead generation, or appointment setting
Familiarity with working with real estate agents, coaches, or small business clients
Experience with online sales tools or CRM platforms
